I saw Lizzie for my undiagnosed IBS at the time and had been to so many specialists, undergone multiple scopes, blood and stool testing, but nothing ever had explained the immense pain I was going through. My gut truly impacted my quality of life.

Lizzie went through the low FODMAP diet, and finally now at the third and final stage I can say my quality of life has improved significantly.
